IBIC Group is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Export Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional with a strong history of success to drive the international sales and manage the full export cycle for our premium range of Frozen Vegetables, Fruits, and Juices.

We are seeking a results-driven individual with deep knowledge of global trade and excellent client management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve export targets and expand market presence globally.
What You Will Do
Export Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve export targets and expand market presence globally.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and manage the quotation process.
Full Export Cycle: Oversee the entire export operation, including handling all necessary documentation (COO, BL, invoices, etc.), customs procedures, and logistics (shipping/freight forwarding).
Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, track competitor activity, and monitor global market trends.
