About the Role
This position blends curriculum design, facilitation, and learning analytics to ensure training programs are impactful, compliant, and aligned with operational goals. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate learning needs into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that support organizational training needs, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and performance objectives.
Plan, organize, and develop curriculum, training materials, facilitator guides, and performance support tools.
Analyze learning needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and translate them into structured instructional solutions.
Design engaging learning content including scenarios, scripts, job aids, and blended learning experiences.
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions using digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and compliance-related outcomes.
Identify learning gaps using data and reporting insights, and recommend targeted educational interventions.
