About the Role
As a Senior / Leading Frontend Software Engineer (f/m/d/x) AI-Enabled Insurance Platform, you will help design and build the core user experience and tooling that bring this vision to life.
What You Will Do
Design and implement complex administrative interfaces for configuring and operating insurance products.
Build schema-driven and highly interactive UIs that allow experts to define product structures, pricing rules, and workflows.
Owning and evolving our frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across a growing platform.
Collaborate closely with backend teams building microservice-based APIs (gRPC / REST) powering product configuration and policy operations.
Contribute to the design of AI-assisted workflows, where domain experts interact with AI tools to configure and operate insurance products faster.
Establish and maintain frontend engineering standards, including performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), and robust state management.
