Join our small, senior team as a Software Engineer (Human Data Platforms) and build systems across the stack — APIs, UI, and data pipelines.
About the Role
You'll work on data and document infrastructure that powers model evaluation, secure data handling, and complex document workflows. Expect to move fast, own problems end-to-end, and operate with high autonomy in a small team.
What You Will Do
Ship features across backend (Python/FastAPI) and frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript).
Build data pipelines for evaluation and model control layers.
Owning secure document pipelines (S3/GCS/Azure, permissions, no data leakage).
Develop OCR + search systems for PDFs, images, and scanned docs.
Parse and enforce complex nested JSON structures.
Build document tooling (generate, edit, annotate PDFs/images).
Debug and scale pipelines and storage systems.
Improve performance, reliability, and system design across the stack.
