What You Will Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop tooling and fixtures for manufacturing
Develop and implement full-cycle project completion strategies, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Manage strategic buildout and project management of tooling supporting production, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent
6+ years of work experience with design and commissioning of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing
Experience using CAD and FEA-based analysis software (NX and ANSYS Workbench preferred)
Experience in full-cycle project completion, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Experience in strategic buildout and project management of tooling supporting production
Nice to Have
We're looking for candidates with experience in CAD and FEA-based analysis software (NX and ANSYS Workbench preferred) and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
