Responsibilities:
Lead and manage casualty claims operations with a focus on commercial specialty areas including Environmental, EPLI, Professional Liability, mass tort litigation, Umbrella, and Excess exposures.
Develop and implement claim-handling protocols and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and mentor claims people-leaders to build a high-performing team.
Utilize and support the Guidewire Claims System to streamline claims processes.
Collaborate with internal departments and external brokers to resolve complex claims.
Stay current with evolving insurance regulations and legal frameworks across jurisdictions.
Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives within the claims function.
