About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to further improve our high levels of customer adoption, satisfaction and retention.
What You Will Do
Drive product adoption and increase customer satisfaction
Manage commercial renewals and ensure customer retention
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 2 years working in a dedicated customer success or account management role
Track record of driving product adoption, increasing customer satisfaction and managing commercial renewals
Genuine interest in making a tangible difference through use of technology in the nonprofit and homelessness sectors
