About the Role
Lead high-stakes transactions including M&A;, equity financings, and cross-border partnerships.
Advise on global workforce matters and executive compensation.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support business growth.
What You Will Do
Provide counsel on complex commercial agreements, IP protection, and regulatory compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority matters.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Strong technical expertise in semiconductor-specific legal terrain, including ITAR/EAR, CFIUS, supply chain risk, and technology licensing.
Proven ability to lead high-stakes transactions and advise on complex matters.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
