About the Role
We are seeking a highly autonomous and pragmatic Lead Product Engineer to help transform an early-stage product into a scalable, production-ready platform serving real customers.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on delivering product features, improving user workflows, integrating data sources, and building rich, data-driven experiences.
Responsibilities
Build and enhance buyer-facing and administrative web experiences.
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization features.
Design and implement SQL-backed workflows and product functionality.
Integrate internal and third-party REST APIs.
Collaborate directly with founders and stakeholders to translate business needs into product features.
Improve usability, performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform.
Help shape technical decisions and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity.
