We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual with strong project management skills to join our team as a Sleep Out Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and growth of the Sleep Out portfolio, comprising a London corporate event, public events in London and Manchester, and our ‘Host Your Own Sleep Out’ programme.
About the Role
Responsibility for the successful delivery and growth of the Sleep Out portfolio;
Annual planning and budgeting for the Sleep Out portfolio, including financial management, quarterly reforecasting, and delivery against financial targets;
Leading a cross-departmental working group to deliver the corporate event;
Heading up a team of three, creating a positive and inspiring culture that empowers team members to achieve their best.
