About the Role
The Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives leads complex, enterprise-level initiatives that deliver sustained business value for Syneos Health. This role is accountable for directing high-impact programs including post-M&A; integrations, strategic partnerships, and large-scale business transformations by leading senior, cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes across multiple functions and business units.
What You Will Do
Provides leadership and direction for complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise and functional strategies and business priorities.
Leads and oversees matrixed teams, including senior professionals and subordinate project leaders, establishing clear accountability, governance, and performance expectations across programs.
Owns the development of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for Syneos Health.
Develops and implements effective communication strategies to ensure alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Provides coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Identifies and mitigates risks associated with strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
