About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities within our food manufacturing facility.
What You Will Do
Manage and supervise the maintenance team.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Ensure all production equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production departments.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food industry regulations.
Analyze maintenance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
