The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Program Officer, Curriculum Design to lead the development, refinement, and rollout of curricula across multiple program areas.
About the Role
Join our team as we work to provide high-quality programming for refugees resettling to the United States.
What You Will Do
Develop curricula for three programs serving distinct refugee populations, including Services for Older Refugees (SOR), Refugee School Impact (RSI), and Youth Mentorship (YM).
Conduct rapid needs assessments to ensure that all curricular products are relevant and effective.
What We Are Looking For
Strong curriculum development skills and experience in program management.
Ability to work with diverse refugee populations and communities.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
