Weave · San Francisco, United States
Weave (YC W25) is building the definitive platform for understanding and improving how engineering teams work. We believe the way engineering output is measured today is fundamentally broken and that modern AI can give teams a far more accurate and actionable view of productivity, impact and collaboration.
Trusted by 200+ customers such as Robinhood, Rho, PostHog and Browserbase, we've delivered consistent double-digit month-over-month revenue growth since May and are looking to accelerate our growth.
As Weave's Customer Success Manager, you'll own everything that happens after a customer signs. You'll get customers live fast, turn Weave into a weekly habit for their engineering managers, and make sure every account renews and grows.
We've raised a $13.5 million Series A and are backed by Standard Capital, Y Combinator, Moonfire, Burst Capital, IrregEx and the Agent Fund.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and shape how millions of engineers and leaders understand engineering work.
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
Weave is rethinking engineering output from first principles.
We use AI to:
Understand how engineers actually work (not just what they ship)
Surface meaningful insights about productivity, quality, collaboration and impact
Help teams improve outcomes without vanity metrics or surveillance
Today that means two products: the Weave platform, which shows engineering leaders how AI is changing their team's output, quality and token spend, and the open-source Weave Router, which routes each coding-agent prompt to the right model based on cost, speed and quality.
THE TEAM YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work directly with:
Adam (CEO): leads sales and customer discovery. Adam is a former sales executive at multiple high-growth startups who has scaled multiple sales teams from $0 to $30M in ARR, and he stays deeply embedded with customers.
Andrew (CTO): previously a founding engineer at Causal, MIT alum. Andrew is deeply committed to mentorship and ownership for everyone on the team.
You'll also work with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers who are passionate about building the future of engineering productivity.

Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer success.

REQUIRED SKILLS
2+ years in a post-sale, customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company: customer success, account management, implementation, solutions or support.
You've owned a book of business. You were measured on renewals, retention or expansion, and you can walk us through your numbers and the accounts you saved.
You're technical enough to unblock customers. You don't need to have been an engineer, but you know how software teams ship (PRs, code review, CI/CD, incidents), you're at home in GitHub, and when an integration breaks, you dig in before you escalate.
You use AI tools every day. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar are part of how you work, and you have real opinions about what they're good at.
You write and speak clearly. You can walk a CTO through a messy dataset in a few minutes, and write the follow-up that gets everyone aligned.
Self-starter who's comfortable in ambiguity and wired for speed.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
Hands-on technical experience. You've worked as a software engineer, support engineer, solutions engineer or forward deployed engineer, or you've shipped code as part of your job.
You can write SQL or a quick Python script to answer your own questions.
Customer success experience at a developer tools, data or AI company where your users were engineers.
Real opinions on DORA, SPACE and DevEx, and on what changes when agents write half the code.
You've built customer success from zero: onboarding programs, health scores, QBR templates, help docs.
Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B).
