We are seeking an experienced and skilled Insurance Account Executive to join our team at Partner & More in Heliopolis, Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing medical and life insurance requests, reviewing and processing claims' reimbursements, and providing regular reports to management.
About the Role
The role is full-time and onsite based in Heliopolis, Cairo. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong follow-up approach, and willingness to use their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming & outgoing Medical & Life offer requests
Periodically review & process all Medical & Life claims' reimbursements to clients
Data entry in the company’s IT system & keeping Medical & Life records up to date
Handling of clients' accounts including offers, claims and all accounts enquiries
Provide regular weekly and monthly reports to Management
Communicate with clients regarding their enquiries and problems to assure a swift and efficient problem solving
Receive new business requests from the Sales Department & handle existing client’s inquiries (amendments, pre-authorizations & claims)
