Overview
Decoded is looking for a Funding & Compliance Administrator to support the monthly ILR submissions process and general funding and compliance within the business.
About the Role
Working with the Admissions, Delivery, Client Management, Finance, and Product teams to provide dedicated compliance support for our apprenticeship offering.
Maintaining accurate learner records through audit activities in accordance with funding requirements.
Supporting timely and accurate draw down of funding + accurate data entries onto government systems and internal learning platforms.
Responsibilities
Confidence in reading and applying the DfE’s Apprenticeship Funding Rules, including associated technical guidance and updates.
Maintaining accurate learner records through audit activities in accordance with funding requirements to ensure 100% accuracy; this will include ILR, reviews and attendance data.
Supporting timely and accurate draw down of funding + accurate data entries onto government systems and internal learning platforms.
Supporting audit activities and taking all necessary steps to resolve any identified issues, such as ILR validation errors or DLOCKs.
