As a Lead Software Engineer at Acture, you’ll combine hands-on development with team leadership. You’ll guide a team of 3-6 engineers while remaining deeply involved in building and improving our platform.

You'll lead, mentor, and support engineers through regular 1:1s and feedback sessions, fostering both professional and personal growth. You'll drive hiring efforts by conducting technical interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new team members.

Act as a technical sparring partner within the engineering team through code reviews and pair programming
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of the Acture platform
Design, build, and ship new features across both backend and frontend
Collaborate closely with the VP Engineering to define features and enhance user experience
Ensure high-quality releases through testing and QA
