About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering WLSQ legal services within the Temporary Visa Program as part of the Migration Law Team. You will provide legal advice, case work and representation in the areas of family law, domestic violence, and represent clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Court as a solicitor advocate or briefing counsel where appropriate.
Responsibilities
Undertake the delivery of WLSQ legal services within the Temporary Visa Program as part of the Migration Law Team;
Provide legal advice, case work and representation in the areas of family law, domestic violence;
Represent clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Court as a solicitor advocate or briefing counsel where appropriate;
Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve WLSQ’s mission and goals.
