About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design strategy and execution for critical product areas, transforming complex operational challenges into simple, effective, and reliable user experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams to define solutions, improve workflows, and ensure AI-driven products are transparent and easy to use.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end product design processes, including user discovery, workflows, interaction models, prototypes, and final experiences.
Design enterprise-grade software experiences focused on complex, multi-step workflows and operational use cases.
Translate business, regulatory, and user requirements into intuitive product solutions.
Partner with product managers to identify user problems, define priorities, and make informed design decisions.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and alignment between design and development.
Create experiences that promote trust, transparency, and user control when interacting with AI-powered systems.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and documentation to support product growth.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative improvements based on customer feedback and real-world usage.
What We Are Looking For
Strong product design expertise with 6+ years of experience in enterprise software or B2B products.
Proven experience designing complex systems such as dashboards, workflow tools, administrative platforms, or regulated products.
Strong ability to understand, analyze, and translate user challenges into effective product experiences.
Advanced interaction design and information architecture skills.
Experience collaborating directly with engineering and product teams in fast-paced environments.
Ability to balance user needs, technical limitations, and business priorities.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving product requirements.
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and depth beyond visual design.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries.
