Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Manager for the North Philadelphia District. The role requires 5+ years of banking or branch network experience and 2+ years of leadership experience. Candidates must complete the Branch Manager Readiness Program before transitioning into the role, unless currently a Wells Fargo Branch Manager. Must be able to work Saturdays and meet SAFE registration and LO/CFPB requirements. The position is hybrid, with typical on-site work 3 days per week. Manage branch operations and staff; ensure compliance with risk and regulatory programs; execute credit, market, financial crimes, operational, and regulatory compliance obligations; provide customer service and financial advice; lead team performance and development; ensure adherence to Wells Fargo policies and procedures; escalate and remediate issues; make sound risk decisions; maintain a drug-free workplace; complete the Branch Manager Readiness Program before transitioning into the role (unless currently a Wells Fargo Branch Manager).
