The Business Analyst position will see you play a key role in helping our organisation understand, shape and deliver effective change across people, process, data and technology.
What You Will Do
Analyse issues, explore opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable insights and documentation.
Work closely with colleagues across Technology and the wider organisation to ensure that change initiatives are grounded in clear requirements, robust analysis and a deep understanding of user needs.
Produce user stories, process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, and support delivery teams through the full change lifecycle.
