About the Role
The Reconciliation Officer is responsible for reconciling purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, credit notes, and payments received from supermarkets, distributors, and other trade partners.
Reconcile supermarket and distributor purchase orders (POs) with invoices, delivery notes, and payment records.
Verify that all deliveries made to customers are properly invoiced and accounted for.
Match payments received against outstanding invoices and customer accounts.
