We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and proven expertise in the full ML lifecycle. Fluent in Polish and English (B2) is essential. What You Will Do
Develop and deploy advanced analytical models and ML algorithms into production.
Design and optimize recommendation engines and optimization solutions.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and collaborate with Product Owners to define precise business objectives.
Actively participate in system architecture design and make key technical decisions within the team.
Work with technologies including Python, SQL, Azure, Snowflake, and CDP.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
Practical, excellent knowledge of Python and SQL — these are the foundation of our daily work.
ML expertise: Experience with the full model lifecycle (data collection, building, evaluation, and monitoring).
Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to work in a dynamic, agile, and highly decision-driven team.
Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken).
