About the Role
The role of Head of Engineering plays a key role in the development and growth of our company. You will be expected to actively contribute to the overall strategy of the company, in particular by setting the technical direction and scaling strategies for further growth on both the business and technology side.
Envision, lead and drive the leading marketplace in the industry while building a great product that customer love
Partner with CEO and Lead of Product Management to define, prioritize and realize our product roadmap
Translate the product roadmap into a highly scalable and cost-efficient architecture leveraging modern technologies
Diving into coding and getting your hands dirty!
Manifest a product and customer driven culture in the company
Lead and enable a strong engineering team of backend and frontend developers to execute on the product roadmap through setting objectives, coaching, empowering, hiring and retaining talent
