About the Role
We are seeking an Application Support Specialist with strong QA experience to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our applications.
What You Will Do
Validate releases and identify issues
Work closely with development teams to ensure fixes are delivered and verified efficiently
What We Are Looking For
2+ years' commercial QA experience
Strong manual testing experience (test cases / structured testing)
Experience logging and managing defects
Clear documentation skills
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, charts)
Nice to Have
Exposure to SQL, API testing, automation, or Agile environments
