About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Damietta, Egypt. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our plant leadership team.
Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the plant leadership team.
Support workforce planning and manpower requirements.
Drive talent acquisition and onboarding activities.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.
Coach managers on HR best practices and people management.
Monitor HR KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner who can provide strategic guidance and support to our plant leadership team. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or heavy industry is highly preferred.
