About the Role
We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to drive the technical direction of production reliability, observability, and incident management across our platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead reliability and observability initiatives across production systems.
Define and continuously improve SLIs, SLOs and Error Budgets to measure and enhance service reliability.
Lead critical incident response, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Improve monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting and automation to reduce operational toil.
Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams to improve production readiness, system resilience and service reliability.
Own the team's operational processes, including on-call practices, incident management, runbooks and operational best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering or a similar role.
Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
Strong experience operating and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
