What We Are Looking For
Three plus years of experience leading workforce management teams
Five plus years of experience with forecasting and capacity planning
Proficient with workforce management tools and Microsoft Office
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Five9 WFM is a plus
