We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Egabi FSI. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting clients' requirements, simplifying and delivering the final requirements to the Development and Testing teams, troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of problems, having regular contact with clients throughout the project life cycle, participating in user acceptance testing, followed by go-live planning and guidance after go-live, gathering feedback from end users to identify opportunities for improvement, anticipating and reporting any delays/obstacles, proposing corrective action, and proposing software solutions with reference to the client's needs.
About the Role
4+ years of experience working in the IT sector, either on the vendor side or client side (Financial business, banks, Microfinance & Mortgage companies, etc)
Experience in project analysis, testing, and user acceptance
Analytical mindset and attention to details
Excellent communication skills and literacy of common business etiquette
Excellent English speaking and business writing
