About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operator - Packing Plant to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing plant equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and meeting quality standards.
What You Will Do
Operate and maintain packing plant equipment, including conveyor belts, pumps, and valves
Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and meet customer demands
Identify and report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team
What We Are Looking For
WASC/GCE/SSCE or Trade Test I, II, or III in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance)
2–9 years of relevant experience in cement packing, manufacturing, or industrial operations
Ability to read, write, and follow standard operating procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and capable of performing manual and technical tasks
Nice to Have
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
