About the Role
The Platform Development Manager will provide technical leadership and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance platform systems. You’ll define architecture plans, roadmaps, and feature requirements that support mission-critical operations.

Lead end-to-end development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms.
Develop platform roadmaps, architecture plans, and feature requirements aligned with program goals.
Ensure platform scalability, stability, and security using best practices.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and IT stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to align platform needs with organizational objectives.
Optimize platform performance, security, and user experience.
