As an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, you’ll design and deliver high impact learning courses that simplify complex technical concepts and make them accessible and engaging for our learners. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and capability gaps, translating them into tailored, scalable multi-modal blended learning solutions with your expertise in Python, ML models, cloud platforms and AI frameworks.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional learning experiences that simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Your work will directly impact how organizations adopt and benefit from AI and data science technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, AI engineers, and data scientists, to design scalable, engaging, and measurable learning solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver high-impact learning courses that simplify complex technical concepts.
Work directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into tailored learning solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, multi-modal blended learning programmes.
Apply AI frameworks, Python, and cloud platforms to create engaging and measurable learning outcomes.
Contribute insights to course and programme design, achieving consistently high satisfaction scores.
Deliver exceptional learning experiences, both virtually and in-person.
Advise on learning solutions, delivery channels, and programme structure based on organisational culture and maturity.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and responsible AI frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills to deliver complex technical content.
Proven experience designing and developing courses and end-to-end learning programmes.
Deep understanding of AI frameworks, concepts, and real-world applications, including prompt engineering and LLM optimisation.
Advanced proficiency in Python (including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
Strong technical capability in key data science and AI languages and frameworks such as R, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Java, LangGraph.
Working familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to connect with diverse audiences including technical and non-technical professionals.
Proven experience engaging directly with clients to understand business needs.
