Busybreakfast is a growing Nigerian breakfast FMCG brand creating convenient, delicious breakfast solutions for busy families.
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to grow our corporate and institutional sales channel. Your targets are high profile schools, corporate canteens, hotels, cafes, event caterers and bulk buyers across Lagos.
This is a field role. You will prospect, pitch, close and collect. You own the full cycle.
Your job is to make Busybreakfast the breakfast of choice for institutions across Lagos.
We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be chased to sell.
Your job is to:
Identify and approach corporate and institutional accounts daily
Pitch, negotiate and close bulk purchase agreements
Ensure all orders are confirmed, delivered and paid within the payment cycle
Manage existing accounts for repeat orders and relationship depth
Submit weekly reports — visits, accounts opened, orders placed, payments collected
Represent Busybreakfast professionally in every interaction
What We're Looking For
OND, HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is required
2+ years of field sales experience — FMCG, food service, institutional or B2B sales
Proven record of opening new accounts and closing deals
Ability to meet sales targets and manage assigned accounts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable approaching new businesses and asking for the sale
Self-motivated, honest and target-driven — you do not need to be chased
Commercially hungry
Location: Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
