About the Role
This position is responsible for providing supervision, leadership, and support to the district’s school and preschool social workers in implementing a comprehensive program that addresses student attendance, homelessness, barriers to learning, student behavior, and mental health issues.
Provides supervision, leadership, and support to the district’s school and preschool social workers
Manages and oversees the comprehensive and equitable delivery of school social work mental health services
Supervises and evaluates WCPSS social workers assigned to alternative schools and mental health service providers who are contractors/mental health agency
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Administrator with extensive experience in providing clinical mental health services and supervision, as well as comprehensive knowledge of mental health services and comprehensive school social work programs.
Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in social work
Experience providing and managing comprehensive and integrated school social work services
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
