About the Role
Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Product & Portfolio Management Lead to spearhead business transformation initiatives. You’ll directly supervise a team of business transformation analysts, align technology strategy with organizational objectives, and drive execution of complex projects using Agile methodologies. What You Will Do
Assist in developing and retaining a high-performing team of business transformation analysts, ensuring clear roles and career trajectories.
Support technology strategy, establish priorities, and set goals for medium-to-large technology and process redesign projects.
Support planning and execution of the process and activities required for an Agile Release Train model.
Empower team members by assigning clear areas of responsibility and ownership.
Drive execution of complex projects using Agile methodologies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions across product, technology, and business domains.
Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with Navy Federal policies and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in managing product vision, backlogs, and roadmaps.
Experience in Agile principles and methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects of high complexity.
Advanced communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information clearly.
Skill in identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions.
Skill in developing and implementing programs in a leadership role.
Organizational, research, analytical, problem-solving, planning and time management skills.
