About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and improve our infrastructure on Kubernetes. You'll be responsible for managing in-cluster Postgres instances, building Heroic Cloud services, and partnering with our Documentation, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
What You Will Do
Manage in-cluster Postgres instances
Build, operationalise and maintain the infrastructure on Kubernetes
Deep expertise with AWS and GCP - Azure is preferred but not required
Join the on-call rota for potential callouts
Build Heroic Cloud services (in Go)
What We Are Looking For
Fluent in English language
Must have 3+ years of experience hosting Postgres (not just using Postgres)
4-7 years of experience working with AWS/GCP and Azure
A systems thinker and critical thinker with experience solving problems at their root cause
Experience building games or tinkering with game engines at a deep level
