About the Role
Assist in the construction process, including but not limited to: demolition, excavation, and material handling.
Operate various types of equipment such as forklifts, skid-steer loaders, and backhoes.
Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
What You Will Do
Perform manual labor tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to construction techniques and safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; construction experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
