We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader who can drive technical excellence and growth in our Engineering organization. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving the development of our products.

Drive execution on key product initiatives and outcomes—from shaping technical direction to delivering high-quality user-facing features.
Be a force multiplier for the team by mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow in their careers.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who can drive technical excellence and growth in our Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience managing engineers
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain engineers
Strong hands-on experience with modern web technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
