About the Role
The Pre-Employment Program Coordinator leads and delivers the program, alongside the professional Brainwave Bikes team and supported by the Brainwave Services Manager, and in partnership with IEA providers, local special schools, BKLLEN, employers and other partners.
Assessment and development are important to ensure the program achieves its outcomes.
You will acquire new employer partners.
