About the Role
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with VSCO's mission and values.
Provide commercial counsel on complex agreements, including licensing, partnerships, and collaborations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in data privacy laws and platform regulations.
What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licensing, partnerships, and collaborations.
Develop and implement product strategies that align with VSCO's mission and values.
Provide commercial counsel on data privacy laws and platform regulations.
What We Are Looking For
A JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
6+ years of relevant experience, including strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Working knowledge of data privacy laws and platform regulations.
Solid grounding in intellectual property law.
Experience with contract management systems.
Nice to Have
A strong understanding of the intersection of technology and law, as well as a passion for championing photographers and their creative endeavors.
