As an HR Manager at ElTarek Group, you will be responsible for leading and developing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a managerial capacity. Automotive experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition , from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage and optimize personnel administration , including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
Develop and implement effective employee relations programs , fostering a positive work environment.
Drive performance management cycles , including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Egyptian Labor Laws and regulations .
Champion organizational development initiatives and cultural programs.
Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Handle complex employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
