What You Will Do
Sit with teams to understand how their work actually happens day-to-day
Turn that into clear, simple process maps and workflows
Document processes and keep SOPs updated and easy to follow
Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or areas that can be improved
Support redesigning processes to make them smoother and more consistent
Work with teams to make sure new processes are understood and applied
Keep documentation organised and up to date
Support follow-ups on improvements and basic reporting when needed
