Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
Architect and implement machine learning and data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
Contribute to the company’s technology vision by proposing and implementing new tools, frameworks, and processes.
Actively participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
Support and promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and psychological safety within your team.
Represent the engineering team in cross-functional meetings and executive-level discussions.
