Schock Design
We are seeking a part-time Revit draftsman to support our residential design studio. The ideal candidate will have experience producing detailed construction drawings and documentation, as well as proficiency in Revit and strong 3D modeling skills.
About the Role
Model residential projects in Revit from existing concept drawings and as-builts
Develop detailed construction drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, wall details, schedules, and electrical layouts
Produce 3D models that support both documentation and rendering workflows
Coordinate drawing sets for permit submission and contractor use
Apply US residential building codes (IRC and local amendments) to detailing decisions
Iterate on drawings through revision cycles and plan review responses
