About the Role
We are seeking a Production Manager to plan, direct, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our production and export process for frozen fruits and vegetables.
Plan weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts for required orders.
Communicate daily with prospective customers and partnering clients via phone and email.
Coordinate and prepare operation plans for all departments (Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics).
Manage CRM and other pending transactions on Odoo.
Build and maintain a team for running day-to-day operations.
Drive the company to achieve and surpass revenue, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.
Measure and make effective all processes internal and external. Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports.
