As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you’ll lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs and drive financial empowerment. You’ll collaborate with digital product managers, experiment with emerging technologies, and mentor others in the engineering community. What You Will Do
Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs.
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and mentoring other engineers.
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful customer experiences.
Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
Work with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and AWS tools and services.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of software engineering experience
1+ year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
4+ years of people management experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go
Experience with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Experience with Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with AWS tools and services
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree
9+ years experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
3+ years experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure
4+ years experience in open source frameworks
7+ years experience in people management
2+ years experience in Agile practices
