About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new service providers to partner with us in delivering exceptional services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Identifyand acquirenew service providers to partner with UrbanWish in delivering exceptional services to our customers. This includes building relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new partners.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance our services and improve customer experience.
