About the Role
As a Strategic Consultant at MassMutual, you will analyze data to produce actionable insights for executive decision-making, develop presentations, and contribute to cross-functional projects. You will be part of our Third-Party Distribution and New Markets Strategy Execution and Analytics team.

Analyze data to produce actionable insights for executive decision-making
Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
Contribute to cross-functional projects to drive business forward
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can help us drive business forward. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience
2+ years of progressive experience using data analysis and strategic concepts
Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools
Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience processing and analyzing large amounts of data
Nice to Have
We are looking for candidates who have:
Poweful communication skills: ability to create simple, powerful, and data-driven presentations and effectively use storytelling to influence senior leaders and help their decision-making.
Familiarity and working knowledge with data visualization and automation tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
