Participate in an 11-week Operations internship supporting clearing, settlements, corporate actions, collateral management, and shared services. Analyze business needs using data, develop and implement strategic process improvements, manage team projects end-to-end, collaborate across global teams, and contribute to a cross-functional capstone initiative focused on advancing Operations.

Your Objectives:
Own team-specific projects from end-to-end, using data to analyze business needs, develop strategic solutions, and implement improvements that deliver measurable results.
Take responsibility for essential day-to-day processes across clearing, settlements, corporate actions, collateral management, and core shared services.
Collaborate with the broader intern class on a capstone project that brings together perspectives from across Operations to advance a global strategic initiative.
Your Skills & Talents:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, or related field.
Proficiency in data analysis and foundational programming with experience leveraging AI tools.
Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes.
A detail-oriented and results-driven approach to solving problems and a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
