About the Role
Terre des hommes (Tdh) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead its Child Rights and Business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise and implementing initiatives on child rights and business globally.
Responsibilities
Lead the Child Rights and Business team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Provide expertise and implement initiatives on CRB globally.
Work closely with the Global Child Rights and Business (CRB) Advisor to develop and implement strategies for promoting child rights in business.
Collaborate with public and private actors to strengthen child protection and promote children’s rights in business strategies, operations, and value chains.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, and private sector companies.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of digital solutions on child rights and business.
Ensure the effective use of Primero (CPIMS+) digital tool in specific contexts to support child protection case management.
